We are about to develop a clickable prototype for a web-enabled (survey-like) tool that would help job seekers develop core messaging statements that reflect their unique professional value.  We think that we have identified programmers to build it and are looking for a freelance business analyst who can sit on the seam between us (the business folks) and them (the techies).  Essentially we want the analyst to develop the basic specs and deliverables for the project.  I don't think this is a huge project, as we've had several meetings with the programmers and believe they "get it" conceptually.  I just want to set forth our expectations in writing and ensure that we're all on the same page.
