2. Manager, Planning & Analysis - Responsible for supporting day to day aspects of the financial planning & analysis including estimates, actual quarterly close process, support of budgeting and overall relationship management with regional and profit center FP&A teams Key areas of responsibility include analysis of revenue, expenses, losses and overall P&L and lead the planning process in the respective regions supporting executive analysis. 1. ROLE: Business Development Strategist

Members of the Fund's Business Development team interact with a wide variety of groups across the company. The team's goal is to improve business operations and to identify, analyze and facilitate the launch of new business initiatives. Typical duties include developing business plans, general research, data gathering, market and business analysis, planning, project team management and vendor negotiation.

The strategy and business development associate would work with management to identify, scope and execute new business initiatives through their early launch phases.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in economics/business or a hard science, quantitative or engineering program from a top university and 1-3 years post-undergraduate work experience will be considered.

Key requirements for this role include: a strong work ethic; excellent (oral and written) communication and presentation skills; and robust excel and modeling skills. They are looking for a quick study with a trained problem solving ability.

Desirable backgrounds could include: strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy/business development function within a financial services organization.

Senior Partner of a Boutique Private Equity Fund seeks an Executive Personal Assistant. The person in this role will work as a right-hand to the Partner and will handle both administrative and personal work. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of previous administrative experience and must have supported a senior level Executive!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all day-to-day activities of the Partner, including all internal and external communications
- Complete calendar management
- Making sure the Partner is prepared for all meetings and calls
- Handling all phone calls
- Organize family vacations
- Bill paying
- Help with charitable foundation work
- Tracking all expenses and maintains file system
- Scheduling of domestic and international travel, itinerary, luggage forward etc
- Managing confidential materials
- Managing busy calendars, scheduling meetings and calls both domestic and international
- Personal work as necessary
- Drafting correspondences
- Ad Hoc projects, as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 7-10 years of previous administrative experience; experience supporting a senior level Executive a must.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be very sharp, intelligent, and quick to understand priorities
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

HOURS
8:30-5:30 with flexibility for light OT occasionally.
